Two progress reports will be issued each semester; one after the Mid-Semester Exam and the other one is issued after the End-of-Semester Exam.
The progress report is to be checked by parents. The original is to be kept in the student's file at the Registration Office.
A copy of the progress report is to be given to the student and must be signed by the parent and then returned to the homeroom tutor.
Parents may keep a copy of the progress report. After each progress report, there will be a parent-teacher meeting.
